The MX85 Rapid Change Dumbbell System features our unique MX Select patented rack & pinion system. Made with 100% metal internal gears MX Select's precision design, engineering and durability is in a class of its own.
With the MX85 Dumbbell cradled you select the weight from 12.5-85 lbs (5.6-38.6 kg) a the turn of the dials. The selected weight level is locked into place as soon as the selector dial is pushed home.
10 standard Weight Settings: **12.5lbs, 21lbs, 29lbs, 37lbs, 45lbs, 53lbs, 61lbs, 69lbs, 77lbs, 85lbs.
Do you offset?
Each of the patented weight plates on the MX85 weigh 4lbs, Adjust one of the dials +/- one click to offset the weight and micro load your workouts.
Off set Weights settings add **16.5 lbs, 25 lbs, 33 lbs, 41 lbs, 49 lbs, 57 lbs, 65lbs, 73 lbs, and 81 lbs.
Mx Select handles allow you the option to add more weight to one end of the dumbbell handle. A single extra plate is a great way to micro load and increase the weight in smaller ~4 LBs increments. Selecting an additional 1-3 plates on one end of the dumbbell adds unique variety to accessory movements such as lateral raises, bicep curls, and pressing exercises, by forcing your muscles to compensate and balance the uneven load of the dumbbell to help mimic lifting unbalanced objects in real life.
The MX85s are Faster and more Versatile than any Pro style Dumbbell in its Class. Offering 19 total weight settings in a compact design.

Choose between two Handle Grip options:
Option A: The MX Black Series Contoured Polymer handle. This new handle design offers a comfortable secure Grip that is durable and easy to use without biting into your hands.
Option B: The Metal Knurled Grip features our steel knurled handle with a medium knurl for a professional gym feel. Built with a 28.5mm thickness offers a familiar thickness for people who use the most popular Olympic and Power Bars.
* ** The Size, Design, and Internal Materials are the exact same between the two dumbbell handle options with difference being the finish of handle.
